This listing is for 4 ounces (1/4 pound) of pine pitch. I gather it by hand, and do not treat, heat, or refine it in any way. The pitch you receive will be exactly as I found it. Pine pitch is a natural forest product. As such, it is likely to contain foreign objects such as: pine needles, bark, insects, dirt, leaves, or any other material that is found in forests. I do my best to remove larger debris. However, it is not possible to purify the pitch without additional processing, which I do not do. For this reason, extra pitch will be included with your order, to make up for the presence of material that you did not order. You will receive a full 4 Oz, and likely more.
