This flag came from an estate of a Colonel in the Army National Guard. It has the following marking patch inside the top of the sleeve where the flag would be attached to its mount.

There are remains in the top and bottom of the opening also where it was held in place.
All the stitching and fringe looks great!
There are a few moth holes pin head size I’ve added photos of also.
It’s a heavy flag weighing over 1 lb by itself
My measurements without pressing wrinkles out and also shown in photos is 38” x 50 1/2”.
