SEGA Project SEKAI Colorful Stage Hinomori Shiho 6" PROTOTYPE TEST SHOT Figure

Items origin: This is a Test Shot figure of Hinomori Shiho that was made by Sega for their Project SEKAI Colorful Stage figure line, it uses non-production plastics and colors and is entirely unpainted with only sculpted on details, it also has some writting on the right foot which look to be notes durring production. I have acquired this figure from a factory worker in China who originally saved this figure from being discard by the original manufacturer.

Notes on items condition and Specifics: Figure is in good shape all around considering its origins and doees not appear to have any broken pieces or any other types of damage, there are several paint scuffs and smudges around the figure and I don't know if all of them can be cleaned off, no base is included as one was never made for this figure.
