My beloved grandma who was the QUEEN social butterfly had a gold suit with trenchcoat specially designed and tailored to her apple-shaped, approx size 14, 5’6 frame. It was designed and handcrafted by Fey-Manning. This was happily worn and stood out at all the clubs in the heart of Chicago in the 50’s. PLEASE NOTE: the fabric is EXTREMELY delicate and brittle now- easily scratched and marked. There are some repairs needed in the back on the waistline as pictured. In the back toward the bottom needs to be spot cleaned. There is some rub off/scuffing in back on left side as pictured. It’s a beautiful , delicate piece that any “Samantha Jones” would cherish!
