This floral stunner vintage skirt is FULL and loving it! Comes with an underlayer petticoat (connected) for fullness (see picture).
Buttons on the side with two buttons (one to be hidden, one mother-of-pearl-esque).
I would say it fits like a size O in the waist. Sits high at the true waist.
Originally purchased from Shareen Vintage in Los Angeles. Tag says from Petals (originally girls' size 14).
Made in USA. 100% Cotton.
