These books are brand new old stock. Never sold in stores or given out and owned. They were old 3rd edition stock that never were sold and ended up in some boxes in the writers storage or where ever. The person I'm selling them for has several storage bins of them, all were in unpackaged shipping boxes. They have asked me to list them so I'm listing 10 at a time. If you are interested in more feel free to ask and I'll check to see if they have the amount and at what price. I'm sure they would be willing to drop the price quite a bit if someone were to want a lot at once. Like 50 or 100 of them.
These are third 3rd printing from December 1983 so they are almost 42 years old and they look like they were printed yesterday. There are TONS of recipes from all over the world with a cajun spin on them. I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO BE ATTEMPTING SOME OF THESE MYSELF
