This rare find IS NOT a collection piece. It is in wearable condition for its age. There are various small stains on the collar and bottom elastic and the outer shell but the biggest is the former owners name in the inner lining. No one will see that when you wear it. The buttons have fading paint due to age. I could not find a size label anywhere but reckon it would be a small today.
Arm length including the wrist elastic is approximately 24.5 inches.
Pit to pit is approximately 26 inches.
Total length is approximately 28 inches.
Waist is approximately 18 inches.
I don't know precisely what decade this is from. It looks 90s to me.
