This copy of Penthouse COMIX #28 has damages but is in overall good condition.

Condition:
Small rips on both top and bottom corners of spine that extend a 1/16 of an inch on to the from cover. Tattered Cracked spine from being read and handled. Color chipping at spine binding and small tears above bottom staple. Tattered and softened spine corners. Softened worn edges on both sides of cover. Dents and dings along edges and on cover which a heat press could fix. Scuffs and scratches on cover from being handled and read. Marks on back cover near spine. In good/fair COLLECTABLE shape but not mint by any means of the word.
I do not collect but I would say it is in good shape for being from 1998. REVIEW PHOTO
Shipped in a eco liner #2 with recycled cardboard as reinforcements. Shipped and packaged with care.
