I've had this costume for many years and have worn it quite a few times. It's in great condition but has definitely been worn a lot.
Probably a medium? It fits me as pictured at 36x27x36. I believe I pinned the waist to fit a little tighter for these photos so it can fit larger. Also pinned the arm bands tighter, they close with velcro and are very adjustable.
Includes everything pictured except wig, socks, and shoes.
