Set of Vintage Highmount West Germany Majolica Baby Blue 7.5" snack plates and cups-Decorated with Hand Painted Birds and Grapes. All are in excellent condition with no chips with the exception of one cup that has a chip n the rim. The cups are stamped on the bottom 230A and the plates are 230X.
Family estate treasures. They are stamped Made in Western Germany Highmount M.B.D. I do not believe these pieces, or the others I am listing were ever used. I found them in my mother's cabinet after she passed away, way in the back and wrapped in tissue paper. I had never seen them before. My research says they were popular in the 1920's.
