Measuring 3” tall and 3.5” wide.
The daughter of Helen Atencio (of San Ildefonso) and Frankie V. Gutierrez (of Santa Clara), Geraldine Gutierrez was born into San Ildefonso Pueblo in 1960. Later in life she chose to move to her father's pueblo and has made pottery there ever since. Geraldine also makes her pottery more in the Santa Clara style, in either red or black but sometimes both.
Geraldine is also an accomplished painter, following the San Ildefonso style of painting. Her uncle is Gilbert Atencio, a famous San Ildefonso painter.
Minor wear due to age. Thick wall. Beautiful shape.
