Many china companies used this turkey image from the 1920’s to 1950’s including Homer Laughlin.
This one has the turkey image on the front of an ivory platter which has a slightly scalloped raised edge.
The platter is unmarked except for advertising the Shoob Furniture Co. in Savannah, GA on the back in gold which closed in the 1950’s.
Outer edge is slightly raised to keep the goodness on the platter.
Perfect addition to your vintage holiday table scape!
The piece is in very good preowned condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Some utensil marks commiserate with age and use. Image is still quite clear.
Measures 13.5”L X 10”W X 1”H. A very nice size. Not too big.
