This was in my storage and still in the bag,which did have some dust on it. The adhesive on the front closure at the bottom is failing on the edges,so it was taped up to keep it inside.
Toy Vault is the maker and I got it and forgot it,ages ago.
I think I got it from Think Geek originally.
I don't see any size,so I'm pretty sure it was a one size fits all type of item.
I threw in a stock shot to see it out of the bag.
It is about 10 inches wide and 19 inches from crown to tentacle and made of synthetic yarn.
