The blue and green diagonal striped print on this handmade (and one of a kind! ) skirt has white flecks in it and the skirt closes with a drawstring made of the skirt fabric and ending with 1" balls of faux pearl beads.
It has a border on the bottom and is some kind of polyester fabric. It doesn't have a ton of movement and it maintains its shape.
There are no tags, as it is handmade, but the measurements put it around a size 3X, 22/24, or larger because of the adjustable waist.
