The Cottage Physician 1896

This is an extremely old copy of the Cottage Physician. It was gifted to me a while ago and I have no use for antique books—it should be with someone that’s into this sort of thing. As you can see on the pictures, the book is showing its age. Pages have discoloring. Some of the pages are loose. Binding is loose. Cover has some tears. Look at the pics to get a good idea of what you’re dealing with. The book is about 130 years old. All of the pages, from what I can see, are still attached and present. The binding, despite being loose in some areas, is still holding all the pages.

If you’re into antique books and/or have an interest in restoring them, this is an incredible and somewhat rare piece. Definitely one of the older copies of this book on the market.
