Authentic 1942 Award of Merit plaque issued by Socony-Vacuum Oil Co., Inc. (precursor to Mobil) featuring the iconic Pegasus logo.

This award was presented to an employee, R. P. Buck, for "Conspicuous Cleanliness and Outstanding Efficiency" during the company’s Ship Shape Contest in the spring of 1942 — part of wartime morale and productivity efforts.
