VCR doesn’t not function property. It will rewind vhs and display a fuzzy picture of what is on the tape, but will not fast forward or play. When pressing play the screen displays blue(picture 2). When testing the unit use scrap vhs, because the vcr has about a 33% tendency to hold on to the tape of the vhs and partially eat it.
