This vintage hat is reminiscent of styles worn by Mary Poppins and her sister suffragettes. Original black netting has holes as seen in photos- could use a steam or replace with new (this should be easy enough). Tag reads union made.
I believe the structural form to be made of raffeta. (?), which is very clean and shows no signs of wear at all. The hat has retained its original shape and is in great condition aside from typical netting issues mentioned above Even the black ribbon bow is fully intact!
