Vinyl decals have no clear or colored background. (White or black is cut out and clear in image)
Transfer tape is used to transfer the design to any non-porous, smooth surface.
Finally, you remove transfer tape, leaving only the design behind.

These are shipped between two piece of cardboard to prevent damage that is why shipping is 4 dollars and some change, plus tracking provided.

Decal comes from a smoke free and pet free home

- They are outdoor permanent vinyl (up to 5 yrs depending on weather conditions and sun)
