Old Victorian Stone top of the bridge corner piece

We've had two or three people come and look it up by the side of the river. I live right beside The scioto River It goes up and down but not like it has because of this heat this year and it went down. I found all kinds of stuff along the edge but this right here is supposed to be from the Victorian ages and this one guy had to come out and looked at it. He said that that a card never seen that stone. He told me 1600s but I got all kinds of fragments and pieces and all that stuff. This is one of the best ones that you can tell by the hand design on the side. It was done by you know before they had done straight lines or real good work masonry work and you can see where the blocks at on top of the other one but it wasn't a square you know like a block. It was a weird like the rock design. They chiseled it out. No mortar on it and the green on the outside of the Rock nullifies that the age of it, you can't even hardly get that green off there. I just figured be cool for a man cave
