1600s Stone from the Victorian age is what we was told found in the scioto River

Man my dogs go everyday and run down here by the river and we found all kinds and stuff where the water goes up and down by the side of the river and all the railroad stuff that goes straight down the hill to the river. All the railroad it's all in the river too. We're still pulling stuff out but I was just wanting to get this out here. I got all kinds of pieces of this stuff but it's Victorian age what we saw we had two or three people come look at it. His store in he told us a card. Never seen it seen that stone meaning you know a vehicle. Never seen it that you can tell is that on the side where that grooved it in there that's done with like your finger. They just ran it in there. It's a little uneven that ain't perfect. You know like today's stuff that's all they know about. It might be older than that but I got this is the best piece I got
