New. Didn’t realize I couldn’t return it. The website says 100% cotton but the shirt itself says 80% cotton/20% polyester. The website also says true to size and this does not fit like an XL. Large or even medium more accurate as this doesn’t stretch. Cute design though I just wish it fit me.
