Mark
The base shows a blue printed mark with the word Germany” and a crown-like emblem.
This type of export mark was used by several German porcelain factories after 1891, when U.S. import law required the country of origin to be stamped.
The style of the mark (crown with Germany) matches those used by Volkstedt / Dresden-style factories and also by Carl Thieme Potschappel and similar Thuringen makers in the early to mid-20th century.
2. Style
The pose, ruffled cravat, floral waistcoat, and gilded Rococo base are very much in the Meissen / Dresden tradition.
High gloss glaze, bright enamels, and gold trim point to 20th-century production (likely 1920s1950s) rather than 19th century.
