An EXTREMELY rare and official ceramic cookie jar in the shape of Princess Peach from Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. series of games. This item was produced and sold in 1993, and was part of a series that also included Mario, Toad, and Yoshi (which are depicted on the other sides of the box). This cookie jar was put on display away from sunlight and never actually used for its intended purpose, so it's in pristine condition.
When the lid is removed and held upside down, it plays a tune from the Mario games! Due to the age of this item, it can sometimes hesitate to play the music, but a gentle tap on the underside of the lid with your fingertips is typically enough to coax it into functioning.
Original box is included.
