This is a Wacom drawing tablet / graphics tablet. This one comes from my own personal collection. I have used this tablet many times in my personal use. I upgraded and no longer need this one. Tablet works great and comes with more nibs (3) inside the pen. 
Issues:
no box or packaging or manuals
minor scuffs on tablet itself
minor scuffing on pen, mostly on the ridge where it would rests on the table.
