These are the increasingly popular jungle fatigue pants.
This is the 5th model, from the 1968 fiscal year, and is considered the newest of the jungle fatigue pants. However, almost 60 years have passed since then, and the number of these pants is dwindling, with prices rising year by year.
Compared to the classic military pants like the M65 and M51, which have thick fabric, these were originally made for combat in the hot and humid environment of the Vietnam War, making them perfect for the increasingly hot climate of Japan.
The size is a golden size: S-R

Rise: 29.5cm
As shown in photos 5 and 6, there are small holes, but they are near overlapping fabric, so they are not very noticeable when worn. They are also easily repairable if you are concerned.
Considering the age, there is no other noticeable damage, and those accustomed to vintage clothing should be able to wear them without any problems.
