This painting is about my angel protecting me from my childhood abuse from my step father. My angel with a slightly larger hand was my protector. Me the child of innocence being protected by my angel. I.e. my grandparents, my great great aunt, and my teachers from school. Through them my angel was able to protect me and allow me to survive and be who I have become today.
