Jump Apparel Hi Lo Formal Skirt S

This is a new white fromal skirt by jump apparel. Size small. High low hem . 3 layers ,one sheer taffeta like outer layer and a second layer that has a ruffle and then a linger accordian ruffle hem and then a short slip liner layer beautiful skirt. Does have a couole areas with slight stains. Bouggt it that way. Was bought for my daughter for an event that was cancelled and never teied to clean it. Should clean out tho . We didnt care because we bought a top that covered the hem and it wasnt noticable. Top is being sold seperate . Ziiper in back. The thread loop is broken for the hook but can easily be replaced.
