Cream chiffon sheer overlay over vibrant prints of purple and orange English and Spanish Iris flowers labeled in Italian script (see photos)

Short sleeves, round neckline
There are some tiny light gray random dots on the underneath fabric (see photos) but they are invisible when wearing
The sheer overlay is attached to the dress at the round neckline, so the sheer part cannot be removed.
