I cannot find any makers tags, but that does not look homemade, maybe a couture piece. Definitely 1960s style, very Jackie O. Beautiful pale green. Selling is very cheaply as it is missing a button in the back of the dress, these are very cool ornate buttons. The jacket is an excellent condition. I see no flaws at all, and it is beautifully lined.
As I mentioned the back of the dress is missing one button and there is a tiny tiny bit of discoloration around the armpits of the dress.
I would safely say this is a size 4 or six today, but all the measurements are in the photos.
