These are new in the box but missing shoe laces. The first picture is how they look with laces and lights on. You lift the tongue as seen in the picture to charge them so they can light up. Do not come with charger. Bought them for my son from Journeys but he out grew them and never wore them. They come with plug remover, wheels and heel plugs as well. Super cool and fun.
