For your consideration is this vintage Egg Vase produced by National Potteries Corporation, otherwise known as NAPCO. Advertisement's for these types of vase begin appearing in newspapers during the 1960s. Provided in this listing is a newspaper advertisement dated in 1962 offering similar Bird's-Egg Vases for sale in three different colors. This particular variant features hand painted pink roses motif, with white raised enameling accents on the flowers, against a pale lavender background. The vase has three legs and they are accented in metallic gold. The top resembles a broken eggshell and is accented in a metallic gold border. The bottom of the vase bears the original gold foil label. This vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or abrasions observed. It measures 2.8 inches long x 2.8 inches long x 3.8 inches high. I love to use old Mid Century vases as a vessel for bottle brush trees. If you have multiple ones of these, they would make lovely placecard holders hangin
