For your consideration is this vintage ceramic bust of a young lady produced under the brand "Norleans" and made in Japan. The brand trademark "Norleans" was registered to United China Glass Company (UCAGCO) who imported ceramics from Japan. This trademark was first used in commerce in 1949, renewed in 1971 and expired in 1992. I believe this piece to date to the 1970s. Originally, I purchased this as a Halloween prop to place on top of tombstones, but I never finished that project. It is in excellent condition and measures 4.9 inches long x 3.2 inches wide x 8.75 inches tall and weighs 15.1 ounces. The bust is white and has a semi-gloss finish. The green felted bottom bares the original "NORLEANS" gold foil lable.
