Vintage and impossibly difficult to find. Nowhere else on the Internet. The cutest department 56 Santa house that lights up! Brand new and in the box. I did unseal and take it out to ensure that it is new, and it is. I did accidentally tear the foam. Everything is in original packaging, plastic, and foam. The boxes is in great shape.
This was stored in a finished basement bedroom for over 20 years. There is a very slight musky/smoky odor that may or may not be noticeable to anybody else.
