How to master the whistle:
1. start by rotating the face of the skull to your left or right
2. Angle the chin of the skull down to almost a 45 degree angle, vary this angle to get the pitch you want
3. Blow hard and steady to get the screaming sound
4. If you cup your hands around it, or change your angle it makes different pitched screams.
