He does stand on his own, on flat/hard surfaces~
His bell jingles the most (compared to the acrylic and velvet options) but it is still quiet! It was added more for a touch of detail~
Although the bell doesn't create a jingle, I wanted to include it for detail and doesn't take away from how cute he is ♡
