M8 Vintage Spinning Balance Circus Clown Toy Handmade Folk Art Sri Lanka 1950s.
I found this meat vintage, balancing toy at an estate sale. Theres a sticker on it that says Sri Lanka. This is a clown with a bell on his hat. Made me thin piece of wood. Hand painted. The clown is 7 x 7 x 6. He balance is on a thin dowel. That is not broken and I will package it carefully so hopefully arrives in one piece. he spins on a circus apparatus that measures 8 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 6. Altogether hes 9.5 x 9 x 6.
This toy does show evidence of his age. With small cracks and chips at the bottom. See photos. Not actually a toy for anyone under three. Of course this is just a collectible. Wt 10 ounces prior to shipping.
