This is a set of 10 plastic circles made from layer vinyl. They are not dated. Approx 3.5” in diameter. Each circle has a character, a number and that many items. I can’t find any history on this but it seems like a counting toy for the bath tub. A few of the circles have water marks inside the layers but nothing is wet. Based on the shape and material I think they suction to the wall of the tub when wet. These would also make cute month age discs for month birthday photos.
