Description: This comfy little Sylvanian Families home is perfect for small families or single animal friends. The house and terrace parts can be arranged in one of three ways to suit the needs of its residents, including a lovely porch, or an extended room for the Red Roof home!
This set includes the main house, terrace floor, 4 guard rails, steps, ladder and 2 joints.
Condition: This is in good condition despite rubbing off of paint on particular corners and there are a couple of scuffs on the angled side of the front of the house and the back of the house roof. There are no stains, sun bleaching, discolorations, smells, nor any dirt seen! Still has that vibrant red and this set is ready for play!
