Russ vintage wind up toy, made in Hong Kong. The wind up is a Strawberry. There were originally stickers for the eyes and those are not there.
The wind up feature does work, just not all the time. It will move, though sometimes you have to wind again or push it to get started.
Other than eyes and wind up feature, it is in very good condition and a cool display piece.
