The ipad itself is like new with a fresh tempered glass screen protector. It's been in a case all its life as well as always having some sort of screen protector.

The apple pencil has some cosmetic damage on the cap, but otherwise, the rest of the pencil is clean and works as expected. The pencil also comes with a protective silicone cover. (Pencil has also been in this cover all its life.)
The silicone cover has some discoloring but otherwise in good condition and doesn't have that sticky feel that some silicone covers eventually get.
The keyboard case has a lot of cosmetic blemishes (scuffs, discoloration, and the stickers). However, functioning wise, it works great and has an amazing battery life if you don't use the light function.
Ipad charging cable included.
