This book/dollhouse is used. Book only. No paper dolls. It's had multiple owners.
To fully expose the dollhouse, the book must be opened so the front and back covers touch. As it opens, the rooms unfold, and furniture pops up, creating the 3-dimensional house. Ribbons hold the book opened and closed. The transformation is impressive to young and old alike!
When closed, it measures approximately 15.5"H x 9"W x 1"D. When opened, it's approximately 16"W x 16"L x18"H.
Notes about condition:
- The exterior has some dings especially at the corners.
- The interior rooms all appear to be in good condition.
- The bottom is yellowing due to age and has some spots
- The ribbons are a little dingy
- There's a tab on the last page where something is missing (it may have been the location of the original dolls). It does not impact the room.
