Pair of vintage carved wooden bookends. They have very expressive faces with one representing Comedy (happy face) and one representing Tragedy (sad face). They are unsigned but definitely vintage. They are quite large, at about 12 inches tall, with a total weight of just over 10 pounds for the pair.
These bookends show overall surface wear, including some chipping along edges. They were displayed for quite a few years and have some dust stuck in the deeper areas of the design.
