**LOCAL PICK-UP IN UTAH ONLY**
This is a 1973 Roadrunner Camping Trailer all set for reconstrction or repurposing. It has been gutted and is prepped to turn it into your dream space or project! The metal shell is in excellent condition, and the gas lines are still in place. The wood rot on the inner framing has been addressed. The front roof has caved in from heavy snowfall and insufficient internal framing. However, this can easily be re-extruded, reframed, or modified as desired.
It was purchased gutted with a project to create a mobile art studio, but this plan did not work out. It has also served as a storage for some furniture in the interim, but no further improvements have been made other than cleaning and selling the original appliances.
