No idea how I acquired this! Some copies of the bands debut album (picture disc version) had this as a bonus item. I didn't buy that version! This is not a DEVO song, this recording is a segment of a radio DJ talking during a set break of DEVO's 10th of November, 1978 concert in the Old Waldorf, San Francisco, California. It may contain snippets of Come Back Jonee & Sloppy .....according to my online research!
