This extremely rare gilded Arrowhead comes from a time in history when warriors, like today we're awarded with taking down an enemy of great importance.Instead of getting a medal like we do with today's soldiers.many were given the very weapon they used to terminate those events of high standings such as a general or another leader of the opposing force.Archers/soldiers would often make their own arrow shafts marking them with either a specific decoration or similar marking to make their kills known to their friends and events alike. Arrowheads would often be broken off and yanked from the events body, cleaned, gilded and returned as a trophy to the one who brought that enemy down.
