26” at the waist when I measured it as if it were laced tightly together. Recommended for under 30” waists at your own risk. This corset did fit me about 10 years ago, but I’ve gained some weight and I would only be able to wear it super open in the back.
No hooks, you need to pull it up or down and tighten the laces. Buttons are decoration only.
Clear PVC, lace and faux leather accents.
