Is more like a blanket than a poncho because they do not have a hole in the center for your head. Have some cords in each side for adjustment when is used or for made an improvised tent when is needed. This in specific was made in the ABU camouflage and was made by Tech. Products MFG. Corp. for the US Air Force. The condition is used and one of his cords are broke, but not have any other clear defects.
