I bought this for myself but never wore it so I thought I better let it go. It has no tags so I’m not sure who is the designer. It has a goth fairy look to it with lace trim at the neck line and at the sleeve ends in a rich, crushed purple velvet. This does not obviously have a size tag, but I wear a medium and it fits me just about right it could even go to a large. It has some stretch to it. I believe this is acrylic velvet, and I would hand wash and hang this to dry .
