I got this item on Etsy from Paws with Style - really well made! My pup did not even wear it once since when I put it on, she decided to attack the pom poms! It was the cutest thing but as you can see, one of the pom poms is dangling. Can be easily fixed.

Size: S - 12" to 14" neck as posted on the etsy advertisement. My pup was 16 lbs at the time.
